Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DataMarket platform, registering an account, or purchasing any electronic datasets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Single-Vendor Digital Product Marketplace

DataMarket operates strictly as a single-vendor dataset provider. All datasets listed on this marketplace are curated, processed, and fulfilled directly by DataMarket. We do not operate a multi-vendor platform, nor do third parties sell through our marketplace.

3. Payments & Gateway Provider

All payments are conducted exclusively through Cashfree Payments in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹). When initiating a checkout, the customer will be directed to Cashfree's secure Hosted Checkout interface. DataMarket never stores, processes, or captures your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank net-banking passwords.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

All datasets, schema dictionaries, and associated documentation are proprietary digital goods. Upon successful payment verification, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the data according to our Dataset License Policy. Unauthorized resale, public distribution, or sub-licensing of the raw source files is strictly prohibited.

5. Delivery & Download Entitlements

Datasets are delivered electronically via authenticated download endpoints in your customer dashboard. Direct download access is granted only after transactional server-side verification with Cashfree's official payment APIs.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass authorization, initiate automated scraping, exploit path traversal, or breach license covenants.
