Answers to common questions regarding purchasing, payments, and downloads
When you find a dataset you wish to purchase, click Buy Now. You will be prompted to sign in or register if you haven't already. Upon confirmation, you are transferred to Cashfree Hosted Checkout where you complete the one-time payment using UPI, Cards, or Net Banking. Once Cashfree's server verifies the payment, the dataset files are immediately unlocked in your customer dashboard under My Datasets.
Yes. All payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. We never store, process, or see your card numbers or UPI PINs.
Yes. Once purchased, you have perpetual download access from your customer dashboard. If our engineering team releases an updated minor version of the dataset (e.g. bug fixes or data enhancements), you can download the updated version without paying again.
Yes. An official electronic tax invoice with your company details, transaction references, Cashfree order ID, and payment breakdown is automatically generated and downloadable from your Orders page.
