1. Information We Collect

We collect essential customer account information including your name, email address, phone number, and transaction identifiers generated during order processing.

2. Payment Security & Cashfree Integration

Payment transactions are handled directly by Cashfree Payments via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. We do not store sensitive payment card information, CVVs, or bank credentials. We store only the gateway order reference, payment ID, and payment status to fulfill your purchase entitlements.

3. Protected File Download Telemetry

To prevent unauthorized distribution and detect unauthorized access (IDOR / traversal attempts), we log download timestamps, IP addresses, and user-agent strings associated with each file download request.

4. Cookies & Session Storage

We use secure, HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax session cookies strictly necessary to maintain your authenticated login session and defend against CSRF attacks. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Financial transaction records and invoices are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations. You may request account closure or data updates at any time by contacting support@datamarket.com.
